Turn-Around

Holiday season is upon us - Shipping Time Expectations

Posted by Athey Moravetz on

This is officially my busiest time of year.  I make as much business during November and December to dwarf half of the rest of the year.   That means my order volume gets crazy, and the time it takes to produce everything and get it shipped out gets much much longer. Just keep in mind that if you want something for Christmas, you're better off ordering it NOW and not later. Nothing ordered after December 5th is going to get to you in time for Christmas.  Anything ordered after Thanksgiving is still pushing it and still may not make it in time, depending...

Current Turn-Around

Posted by Athey Moravetz on

Hey all!  So I've been hesitant to post an update until I was sure I could maintain it, but for the last 3 weeks I've been managing a 2-4 day turn around pretty consistently, and I'm going to try to keep it up. Hey all, just dropping in to say that the Turn-Around time is still sitting around 7-13 days.    I know that's pretty slow and I do apologize.  It's primarily because I only get a few orders a week, so this seriously is my weekend free-time gig.  My full-time job takes up most of my time and my kids take up the rest of it. The 21st was the last day that things could arrive by xmas according to USPS, so I was crunching right up to that and then took the 22nd off because I was totally burned out.  hah. The last order I managed to get shipped out on the 21st was from the 14th, so that put me 7 days production time which was on the low-end of my warned 1-2 week turn-around time, so I can at least say I was better than I'd feared I would be. I had guests for xmas, so didn't get anything done from the 23rd-25th and...
